Fallout 4 Rumors

So the rumors are starting to get pretty thick and even 3Dog is feeding the fire.  Could we be exploring the Institute soon?  or is this all just a red herring?  

I know I look forward to finding out something as soon as possible but remember unless it comes from official channels don't put too much stock in internet gossip.
